At FORGED Fitness Studio, all training programs are designed in house and delivered by Allan. Each program is built around your goals, your experience level, and how you train, not a generic one size fits all template.

Whether you are new to structured training or looking for clearer direction, our programs are designed to help you train with confidence, build strength, and stay consistent.

How Our Programs Work:

Our programming process is simple, supportive, and tailored from the start.

Step 1. Onboarding and Assessment

You will complete a detailed questionnaire covering your training history, goals, injuries, schedule, and preferences. This allows your program to be built specifically for you.

Step 2. Custom Program Design

Your program is written based on your experience level, whether beginner, intermediate, or advanced. It includes clear structure, exercise selection, sets, reps, and progression guidance so you always know what to do when you train.

Step 3. Program Walkthrough

You will be guided through your program in person so you understand each exercise, correct technique, and how to move through your sessions confidently on the gym floor.

Step 4. Ongoing Support and Progression

Programs can be updated as you progress, your goals change, or your schedule shifts. Training should evolve with you, not stay static.

Allan specialises in strength training, muscle building, and helping people feel confident in the gym. His approach focuses on good movement, clear structure, and realistic progression without overcomplicating training or following trends.

Optional InBody Scan:
You also have the option to complete an InBody body composition scan as part of your program setup. This gives you a clear and comprehensive starting point, including:

  • Body composition breakdown

  • Muscle mass and fat mass

  • Baseline data to track progress

As a Forged member, you can repeat InBody scans every 6 to 8 weeks at no extra cost, allowing you to track real progress over time.

  • Programs can be updated as you progress or when your goals change. This might be when you feel ready to use more challenging equipment, increase training volume, or adjust your focus. Program updates are not required for results, consistency is always the priority. Any update is treated as a fresh program and will incur a new setup fee.

  • No. Programs are designed for all levels. The goal is to give you structure and confidence so you know exactly what to do each time you train, regardless of your experience.

  • This is structured program design, not full personal training, but it does include guidance and support. It is ideal if you want clear direction without committing to ongoing one on one sessions.

    Personal training is better suited if you are looking for regular one on one coaching, or more hands on support with nutrition or accountability. If this sounds like what you are after, let us know and we can organise this for you and connect you with one of our other coaches.

  • Programs are offered as a once off payment and are priced to be very accessible. We have intentionally kept the cost affordable so members can get quality structure and support without committing to ongoing sessions or contracts.
