Jakob is a qualified coach with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science (2023), dedicated to helping clients both in person and online to transform their bodies and minds through sustainable, purpose-driven coaching.

At the core of Jakob's approach is a framework called Alignment Theory, the belief that lasting progress happens when training, nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle are all working in sync. When these areas align, everything starts to click: energy improves, performance increases, and long-awaited results begin to show.

Jakob blends short- and long-distance running, strength training, and endurance work into his own training. With two untrained marathons completed, a full bodybuilding prep under his belt, and current prep underway for national and international HYROX events, he walks the walk as well as talks the talk.

Whether working in person or online, Jakob helps clients build strong, resilient bodies and mindsets that support their lifestyle long-term. No quick fixes, just structured coaching, real accountability, and results that last.
