Our Coach on the Floor sessions give you the best of both worlds, personalised guidance with the motivation and structure of a coached session, minus the pressure of a big group.
These 45-minute support blocks run multiple times each week and are completely free for all Forged members. During these sessions, one of our coaches — Jakob, Craig, or Allan, will be out on the floor to:
• Answer your questions
• Help with machine setup and form
• Guide you through your program
• Help Give you that push to go for one more rep or increase your weight
• Build confidence to train more independently and with purpose
