Our Coach on the Floor sessions are designed to give you that extra push, without the cost of one-on-one PT.
These 45-minute support blocks run multiple times each week and are completely free for all Forged members. During these sessions, one of our coaches — Jakob, Craig, or Allan, will be out on the floor to:
• Answer your questions
• Help with machine setup and form
• Guide you through your program
No bookings needed, just grab a Coach on the Floor name badge so we know you're keen to get some help.
